Salvation

This is the single most important decision you will ever make. Accepting Jesus in your heart as your Lord and Savior washes away your sins and restores your relationship with God. This allows you to take your next steps forward as a child of God.

Giving

 “God loves a cheerful giver and will generously provide all you need” (2 Cor. 9: 7-8). 


We want to partner with you as you take further steps with your generosity with HCC.

Baptism

Water Baptism is a public declaration of faith celebrating the new life you have in Jesus. If you have not been baptized this is a great next step for you!

Serving

Joining our Dream Team gives you the opportunity to serve others, because sometimes your next step is helping someone else take theirs.

More Next Steps


  • Attend Service - Although it is a simple step, it is a powerful one. Attending service regularly will allow you to get to know God, but also connect you to a community of believers.

  • Discover - Discover is a great place to start if you are new to HCC. You will get to know more about HCC as we share the vision and purpose of the church as well as getting more information on how we can partner together as you continue taking your next steps. To register or for more information please email nextsteps@hcconline.org

  • Membership - After completing Discover, consider attending the membership class and becoming a voting member of HCC. For more information please email nextsteps@hcconline.org.   

  • Prayer - Prayer connects us to God and spending time together with Him in prayer will strengthen your faith. If you desire to build this connection, our 21 Days of Prayer resource or being a part of our Saturday Prayer will help equip you to grow closer to God. For more information contact email@hcconline.org.

  • Bible - Our mind is continuously renewed by His word and reading His word also helps us draw closer to Him. Consider joining a reading plan on the Bible App.  

  • Outreach/Missions - We are called to spread the gospel throughout our city, our region, the next region over, and throughout the world (Acts 1:8). HCC partners with local outreach ministries and organizations as well as mission based organizations to help fulfill this call Jesus has asked of His Church.   • Groups - We believe life change happens through community. Participating or facilitating in a group is a great way to help you continue to take your next steps here at HCC.
