• curtus moak - lead pastor

Pastor Curtus Moak has a strong passion to preach the gospel and see its truth transform lives. The reality and world in which we live in today is in great need of love and purpose. The Gospel of Jesus Christ provides both of these things. We must give people an opportunity to believe, belong, then become more like Christ. Our mission at HCC is CHRIST: Know, Share, Together! Implementing our mission will enable us to complete our vision: "In our pursuit to know Christ, we follow His Lordship and acknowledge our stewardship. This will empower us to transform our world." God has created all things that produce to have intake, output, and fusion. We as individuals and corporately as a people of faith must embrace this and in doing so we will not only survive, but THRIVE!

  • Brandon castator - worship & Media Director

Brandon has attended HCC for most of his life. He is blessed to a part of a wonderful heritage that has been involved with HCC dating back to the days when the church met on Franklin Street. From early on in his childhood, he has had a passion for music, and it has always been his hope that his music and worship would also challenge believers to have a deeper relationship with God. He has written several songs and has had wonderful opportunities to share and minister through them. One of his personal favorites a song he co-wrote with fellow HCC worship team leaders Jordan Brooks and David Lessing called "Lead Me to Your Heart,” the title song of HCC’s live release CD recorded in our very own studio. He loves people and HCC is a wonderful place that loves people and desires to see them grow. He is truly blessed to be a part of this great church and is SUPER excited to see what the future holds.
